Malibu Weekend Retreat


As you make your way out of hibernation, your body and soul deserve a reset to prepare for this more energetic time of year. Just as nature has its growth and rebirth, it is necessary for us to blossom as well. Treat yourself to this deep dive weekend in an intimate experience where we will not only connect with ourselves but also with each other. Through yoga practices, time in nature, healthy food, and lessons on nutrition, we’ll learn more about nourishing ourselves, inside and out.  We’ll feel better in our bodies and we’ll connect with our souls.

Friday, April 3rd: 

After 2pm: Arrival and introductions

4pm Get acquainted snack hour

5pm: Light yoga or meditation + intention setting

6pm: Evening meal

8pm Evening Sound healing & group reiki


Saturday, April 4th:

Fresh coffee & Tea + Quiet Hours

7:30 am: Yoga

9-10 am: Nourishing breakfast

11-1pm: Free time

1 pm: Lunch

2-6pm Afternoon hike or outdoor adventure

6:30pm: Yoga

8pm: Evening meal


Sunday, April 5th

Fresh coffee & Tea + Quiet Hours

7:30 am: Yoga

9-10am: Nourishing breakfast 

10am: Bring it home nutrition discussion and closing meditation

Accomodations: During this retreat, you’ll stay in a beautiful house nestled in the foothills of Malibu, CA. A place that has been carefully selected by your retreat leaders. Rooms have 1 Queen or King bed, double occupancy.

The weekend offers you the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and cook with a nationally recognized wellness chef. Meals will be vegan and gluten free friendly:

While the team is not 100% vegan on a regular basis, they believe strongly in a plant based diet as a way to energize, nourish and reset the body and the hope is you'll take away a few tips and tricks to incorporate more plants in your diet back home.



$600 per person


Not included: 

Airfare and transportation to and from the retreat location, any meals preferred away from the retreat house setting and alcohol.


Cancellation Policy:

A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price. Deposit is non-refundable, if booking is cancelled.
