About the Event

This course is designed to give you the tools and practice to develop a consistent daily meditation practice in your life!

We will meet for 4 weeks in June, Monday-Friday.   Saturday & Sunday are yours to practice on your own :-)

We will meet on Zoom each morning to learn different techniques and tools to customize a practice that works for you.  

At the beginning of the week you will receive a new meditation that we will practice the remainder of the week. With time for discussion & questions.

This will be interactive so we can discuss the challenges YOU experience with meditation.

You will have access to the recorded sessions to revisit at your leisure AND I will send you each a Sandalwood Mala to use in your meditation practice if you choose!  

From a 5 minute meditation to a 30-60 minute meditation, we will customize to fit your schedule.

We will work with pranayama, mantras, visualizations, affirmations, as well as setting the ambiance and mood for a quiet & peaceful space.  

Consistency is key in developing a meditation practice, so we will practice developing that consistency within each week so that you can maintain on your own.
