About the Event
Let's close this 1st month of the New year on a good note by immersing in a week of yoga practices!
Practicing twice a day is a great way to start & end the day and this immersive experience can be a reset for your body, mind, spirit, and health!
~6 mornings of a 75 min Radiant Body Flow class ~ these classes will awaken inner radiance, cultivate a positive mind, and strengthen & tone the body creating a balanced practice for the mind, body, and spirit.
~6 evenings of a 30 min meditation to clear the mind & day & help promote restful sleep.
~Our last evening together will be a Yoga Nidra Practice ~ a guided meditation know as "yogic sleep" that brings you to a deep state of relaxation, takes you on an inner journey, and can be deeply healing to improve overall health & well-being , followed by time to chat, discuss, and journal about your experience.
Classes will be on Zoom & recorded in case you can't make the live sessions.
You will receive the Zoom link after registering.
