4 weeks of daily meditation and yoga!
Start your morning cultivating peace & bliss and building a consistent meditation practice followed by a physical yoga practice to continue the mindful presence and add some physical movement, flextibilty, and strength.
Meditation 8-9am cdt
Yoga 9:30-10:30am cdt
Kickstart your summer in a healthy way body, mind, and spirit!
Join and practice with me or whenever you can. Classes will be recorded to access after if you miss the live class.
Both courses run Monday-Friday so weekends are for YOU.
Classes are just $5.55 each if you attend all 20. A good incentive to practice more for your value.
