About the Event
Let’s celebrate the end of summer on a garden rooftop with 60 minutes of transformative yoga led by Jennifer Goodman, followed by a deliciously nourishing and abundant spread by Functional Medicine Coach and Wellness Chef Monique Costello, founder of Happy Eats Healthy.
Join Jennifer in a gentle meditative practice to open and clear the body and mind. The practice will end with a calming and healing sound bath.
Mingle and nosh in the lounge with a 365-degree view of the sun setting on the city.
Happy Eats Healthy events are deliciously based on whole, clean food with a focus on anti-inflammatory ingredients. Be sure to let us know if you have a food sensitivity to accommodate for when you register.
