About the Event
Let's celebrate the beginning of summer on a garden rooftop with 60 minutes of transformative yoga led by Jennifer Goodman, followed by a deliciously nourishing and abundant brunch spread by Functional Medicine Coach and Wellness Chef Monique Costello, founder of Happy Eats Healthy.
Mingle and nosh in the shaded lounge with a 365-degree view of the city.
Happy Eats Healthy events are deliciously based on whole, clean food with a focus on anti-inflammatory ingredients. Be sure to let us know if you have a food sensitivity to accommodate for when you register.
Note: class is held on the 5th floor of a walk-up building with no elevator access.
