About the Event

​Start your Saturday morning off with a gentle yet awakening yoga practice with Jennifer. We will open up & energize both the physical & subtle body energies, get the body & blood flowing with breath to movement, cleanse & clear stagnant energies,  bring our minds present, release from tension & stress, and come to a quiet, peaceful place in body, mind, & spirit. After yoga we nourish!  Wellness chef Monique will join you in the kitchen as we make brunch together. You'll receive the recipe & shopping list  (with substitution options) ahead of time for a quick & simple dish that's great for the body. Moniques always dishes insider kitchen tips that will help you get the most out of your meals. You don't have to be a professional chef to make healthy food a reality in your own kitchen.
