Our retreat includes 2 daily yoga classes, nutritional meals and coaching by a wellness coach and chef, optional hiking, exploring Ojai village and wineries, and plenty of free time to cherish moments of serenity, reflection, and relaxation awakened by the spirit of Ojai.
