Over 7 soul-nourishing days, you’ll be guided through a holistic journey of embodiment, expansion, and inner alignment. Rooted in yoga but enriched with ritual, nature, and deep connection, this retreat is designed to help you:

  • 2 daily yoga classes​ in a rooftop shala with beautiful views

  • Sunrise/Sunset meditations

  • ​Pre-yoga coffee/tea station

  • Post-yoga hearty brunch

  • Plated or buffet style dinner w Agua Frescas (1 night reserved for dinner in town)

  • Lunch/snacks can be purchased separately

  • Free time by the 2-tiered pool with a cascading waterfall, beach, hammocks, chill tents, rope suspension bed, reading nook, communal table for connecting, and a fitness corner 

  • Optional excursions like boat trips for morning dolphin/whale watching, sunset boat ride, surf lessons, Oaxacan cooking courses, Bio Luminescence Bay, local markets, salsa and Latin dance lessons, beautiful beach towns north and south, open mic night and live music, baby turtle release, turtle hatching, tennis...and more

Casa de Olas

Situated on a gently sloping hill by the sea, Casa de Olas Boutique Hotel is an elegant and playful destination accommodation located in the world famous surfing town of Puerto Escondido, in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico.

Hidden in the heart of La Punta Zicatela, a marvelously mellow beach-side neighborhood, 'The House of Waves' is an artfully attired sanctuary for cultured, sophisticated, and adventurous world-travelers in search of an engaging Mexican hide-away.

This is a safe, wonderful little surf town, just a five minute walk to the beach with cafes, shops, markets, restaurants and pharmacies all within walking distance.

The town has a no-noise ordinance after 11 pm so you can sleep well without the sounds of a typical Mexican beach town.
