Service Description

This is a gentle yoga practice focusing on opening the body & de-stressing & calming the mind. Using the breath with yoga postures & gentle movement we will deeply stretch the muscles & joints while relaxing & quieting the mind. Suggested props to support this practice are yoga blocks, straps, pillows/bolsters.
