Service Description

This class will focus on opening the body & de-stressing the mind utilizing breath, meditation, yin & restorative yoga postures. We use props such as yoga blocks, straps, pillows, cushions, or bolsters to support the body in the postures for a deeper, more passive stretch. A very relaxing & calming practice for your mind, body, & soul.
